Week 11

horrayy for cambodia! Finally im here in Cambodia!  I'm here in my First area in Batambong 7hrs away from Phnom Penh, my trainer is a native Cambodia her name is Sister Mey,shes so cool she speaks english well,and  about the language it is hard the people they are so kind. It was hard but this also the time that i cherished the most biking in the the middle of the sun eating in the market, they always think of me that Im a khmer and i was like yes im, but they dont believe me cause i dont speak khmer fluently! hahaa the members in my branch was so kind they are all awesome! they are willing to help me all the time, this week a got a chance to meet all the members we laugh share crazy story and shared them the gospel in khmer language and teaching in english class every saturday was so fun! Yesterday, we visit ohm onh, she has a breast cancer and seeing her suffer that much make my heart swell, but her testimony about the savior was so strong! I know my mission ...

Maupay na Aga sa iyo na tanan!   OH yoww! we have  a week until we go to CAMBODIA! Dasooo! hahaha SNOW! SNOW! SNOW! SO MUCH THIS WEEK! A REAL SNOW BEFORE WE LEAVE!   yung feeling na parang nasa loob ka ng snow globe. (the best pa rin ang Pilipinas!) so i just eat the ice snow yesterday and my companion said it was gross! w hahaha,  We practice khmer language all the time, we really love it! though sometimes we cant understand, the words but what i really like about my group they are all diligent to learn khmer so do i..  I just receive a package from Sister Hafen Mom, she's so sweet ( i was joking to her that i was the only sister that didnt receive a gift for Christmas) Fun / Cla-cla moment: * Sister Carr told to their investigator that Jesus Christ was the First daughter in khmer * ten commandments yesterday and i share them about how  Filipino people honor their parents and do the (mano po) and they are like so amazed cause i...

My first Thanksgiving ever happened this week! It was fun! Aside from we didn't have classes, we had lots of foooood. And we did a fun service project! All the missionary! In the underground garage! We packed breakfast ingredients for Apple Pie Oats for people who may need them here in Utah. I forgot every details of it but it was a lot of fun! We packed almost...IDK! 400, 000 packs???? I know, so manyyyy. I mean we are like over 2000 missionaries here! FUN!( i must say it was my favorite part of the day but....we have a    Morning Devotional, Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf (he is funny sobra!)he gave a talk!!! After the devotional, he tried to shake hands with as much missionaries as he could! He went to the choir side! And guess what, I’m on the 2nd row and he shook hands with the 1st row! I should’ve sat there, we got there early and chose to sit in the 2nd row! AHHHH I should have extended my arms, we didn’t know an apostle will give the talk!( the best part is we are all cry...

H ALLLLO EVERYONEEEEE!!!! 6th day (last last week)last week ko pa in ginsurat HEHEE Elder Bednar said, “The Lord knows each of us individually and loves each of us infinitely. He knows us one by one and name by name.” How beautiful is this...seriously cool!? Yesterday, Sister Hafen & Sister Wood and I taught our first Skype TRC!  We taught a RM who lives in Siem Riep, Cambodia! (Technology is so amazing! It was so cool to talk to him from across the world! WOW!!!) She was very kind and even though I couldn’t understand everything he was saying, I understood a lot and the Spirit was strong. As we were finishing the lesson, I felt the Spirit powerfully testify to me that Jesus Christ loves this woman and I've been motivated so much. I became a little teary eyed as I testified of Christ’s love for him, and I saw her eyes get teary too! It was a tender moment for both of us as we felt the sweet Spirit testify that Christ loves each ONE of us! I JUST LOVE THE KHMER! ...
