Week 8

Maupay na Aga sa iyo na tanan!
  OH yoww! we have  a week until we go to CAMBODIA! Dasooo! hahaha😀

SNOW! SNOW! SNOW! SO MUCH THIS WEEK! A REAL SNOW BEFORE WE LEAVE! 
 yung feeling na parang nasa loob ka ng snow globe. (the best pa rin ang Pilipinas!) so i just eat the ice snow yesterday and my companion said it was gross! w hahaha, 

We practice khmer language all the time, we really love it! though sometimes we cant understand, the words but what i really like about my group they are all diligent to learn khmer so do i..

 I just receive a package from Sister Hafen Mom, she's so sweet ( i was joking to her that i was the only sister that didnt receive a gift for Christmas)

Fun / Cla-cla moment:
* Sister Carr told to their investigator that Jesus Christ was the First daughter in khmer
* ten commandments yesterday and i share them about how  Filipino people honor their parents and do the (mano po) and they are like so amazed cause instead of shaking my  hands they just held my hand and say mano po..
*  4 sisters planning to visit me after our mission, (and i was like mahal na an bugas hahaha)
* the viral dance of Taga Saan ka Challenge!
* Love circle and they call me the Silent Savage!
* Mission Conference with Elder Rahlf & Sister Rahlf
* Christmas Devotional 
* First vision in khmer
* Spiritual thought with our Lokro( teacher)
* Elder Jones just broke  his  ankle so that,he need to stay in MTC or go home for recovery ðŸ˜¥
* 14 out of 15
* Last temple😔
  The Lord promises i will go before you and be on you're right and on your left and my spirit be with you and shall see angels around about you..always be grateful..God will magnify you're efforts that come from dedicated efforts. Something that i always keep in my mind is that "gratitude will give you wings and carry you over obstacle..I know that we will go through hard things in life & loss of loved ones, failing, stress , but still always remember what Jesus Christ did for us He suffered a lot for us to back again in His Heavenly presence.Our lives are wonderful and through the hard times rely on the God for everything he has done for you.
   I love you all!!

So this week seemed so normal, we eat, sleep, work work until its time to go work again, but yesterday we had a happy day because we teach a new investigator and we teach a less active member that  lived in Japan I'm actually nervous because maybe she cant understand my khmer but honestly shes so nice she even say kumusta ka? we share her the importance of going to the church every sunday and i really felt the spirit touch her heart cause shes about to cry, and was like wohooo i believe that the spirit is everywhere even though we just talk in Skype only.    Bong Vee shes the daughter in law of Ohm Ohn we used to talk her every time we visit to their house, but unfortunately Ohm Ohn died last last week and after a week we never see her again but yesterday was a miracle she attended the church im so happy!! cause instead of saying her name i say Ohm Ohn!2x shes her! and my companion and other members ohhh sister shes already dead,no shes her! i mean the daughter in law ...

Susadei! Greetings from Cambodia!    Another week in paradise flew by! I have now been serving as a sister missionary for 9 months 11 days! Can you  believe it!!? (Because I will be serving nearly 19 months due to transfers, my half way point was Saturday! That's  insane!) Cambodia truly has my heart! I love serving here!    I got my new companion last week and she's (drumroll please) Sister Lavilles! My second Filipina companion. She  is from the island called Bacolod. Shes been here in the mission for 4 months, and shes killin it she speak good  khmer already, shes been a member for a long time ago but she decided to go on mission after she work for 2 yrs,  shes a pharmacist and no one knows it just only me    This week is a regular week for me except that it is very hot and sunny every morning and heavy rain in the  afternoon.
